Kevin Falcon Now in Charge of ICBC - Today the BC Government announced that a new Justice Ministry will replace the existing Ministries of Attorney General and Solicitor General. ICBC which previously fell under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of the Solicitor General which was headed by Shirley Bond will now fall under the jurisdiction of the Finance Ministry which is headed by Kevin Falcon.
