Rose has extensive experience
representing victims of sexual abuse. Her experience has been broad and
varied, ranging from acting for victims of the Indian Residential School
System and playing an active role in the negotiation of the cross Canada
settlement of these actions, to acting for victims of familial sexual abuse.
Rose understands this highly
sensitive area of the law and the complexities which accompany these
clients. Rose respects that these clients, more so than any others, must be
given personal, caring and thoughtful representation.
